Thank you for choosing our application (the “YTTM SAVVA PROD”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information obtained through your use of the App, including any data obtained from Google APIs (e.g. YouTube Data API, Google Drive, Google Sheets).

1. Information We Collect
1. OAuth Credentials
  • The App uses Google OAuth to access your YouTube channel, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
  • We obtain tokens (access token and refresh token) during the OAuth flow to authenticate requests on your behalf.
2. YouTube Channel and Video Data
  • The App uploads videos to your YouTube channel using the YouTube Data API. We access:
  • Video files, titles, descriptions, scheduling information.
  • Channel information necessary for uploading and managing the video (such as channel IDs).
3. Google Drive File Metadata
  • The App may read or download files from your Google Drive to retrieve the video content for upload. We only access files that you explicitly specify or grant permission for.
4. Google Sheets Data
  • The App reads data from your Google Sheets (e.g., titles, descriptions, scheduling dates, refresh tokens) in order to schedule and manage YouTube uploads)
5. Log and Usage Data
  • We may collect general logging information (e.g., timestamps of uploads, error messages) for troubleshooting and diagnostic purposes.
6. Compliance with Google API Limited Use Policy
  • We comply with Google's Limited Use requirements. Data obtained via Google APIs is only used to provide core features of the App. It is not used for advertising purposes or shared with third parties, except as necessary to perform functions requested by the user.
We do not knowingly collect personal information beyond what is required to perform the App’s functions (e.g., storing tokens to access Google APIs, reading/writing relevant spreadsheet cells).
2. How We Use Your Information
1. Providing the Service
  • We use the OAuth credentials and refresh token to authenticate with Google APIs and perform actions on your behalf (e.g., upload videos to YouTube, read/write Sheets, download from Drive).
2. Scheduling and Uploading Videos
  • The App uses the data from your Google Sheets and Google Drive to schedule and upload videos to your YouTube channel.
3. Improving and Maintaining the App
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated log data to troubleshoot errors and enhance the functionality of the App.
4. Data Minimization
  • We only access and process data necessary to perform the requested functionality (e.g., scheduling, uploading). We do not store or use your video titles, descriptions, or other content beyond what is required for operation.
3. How We Share Your Information
1. Third-Party Services
  • We use official Google APIs (YouTube Data API, Google Drive API, Google Sheets API) to perform the App’s core functions. Data is shared with Google only to the extent required to fulfill your requests (e.g., uploading videos, reading/writing spreadsheet cells).
2. Legal Requirements
  • We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or valid governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, investigate fraud, or ensure the safety of users.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention and Security
1. Retention
  • OAuth tokens and relevant scheduling data may be stored as long as needed to provide the App’s functionality. If you revoke access or no longer use the App, we will endeavor to delete or anonymize the data.
  • We do not store user-generated content (e.g., video titles, descriptions, files) beyond the duration of the upload process. Only tokens and scheduling data are retained, and only for as long as they are needed.
2. Security Measures
  • We use industry-standard measures to protect the data we handle from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. This includes secure storage and encrypted communication where possible.
3. Revoking Access
  • You can revoke the App’s access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Once revoked, the App will no longer be able to access your data.
5. Your Rights and Choices
1. Access and Control
  • You can review and modify certain account information and revoke the App’s access using your Google Account settings.
  • You can stop all data collection by ceasing to use the App and revoking OAuth permissions.
2. Privacy Controls
  • Because the App relies on Google’s OAuth for authentication and authorization, additional privacy controls can be managed via your Google Account.
6. Children’s Privacy
This App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

Use of the App by anyone under 13 years of age is strictly prohibited.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will be posted and will indicate the date of the most recent update. Your continued use of the App after any changes means you agree to the revised policy.
